Lodose offers a demo call and a written proposal that pins down the scope before any purchase decision, so that refunds rarely need to arise at all.
02No online sales
No online payment or instant subscription is sold through this website, so distance-sales style automatic refund flows do not exist here. Services start with a signed agreement.
03Principles
Cancellation and refund requests are evaluated by service type, the portion already performed and the terms of the agreement. Statutory rights of consumers, where applicable, are reserved.
04How to submit a request
Send your cancellation or refund request to info@thelodose.com together with your agreement and invoice details. Requests are answered in writing.
