Product types: stocked, non-stocked and service
Each product is defined as stocked, non-stocked or a service. Service items skip the stock and shipment steps, and an order made up only of services is completed without a shipment.
Quotes shown excluding or including VAT
You can present a quote excluding or including VAT; the amounts stay the same and only the presentation changes. For quotes without VAT, there is also a "VAT does not apply" option.
Category: Access & permissions
Profiles, field permissions and record owners
Profiles define which actions each user can take in each module, and the fields you add yourself can be hidden from the profiles you choose. Records are assigned an owner, and the dashboard can be filtered by owner.
Phone approvals and acceptance by quote version
When approval comes by phone, your team can mark the quote as accepted. Acceptance is recorded against the agreed version, and the order is created from that version.
Email under your own name and quote previews on WhatsApp
Emails to your customers can be sent under your business's own name and email address. When a quote link is shared on WhatsApp, the preview shows your business name and, if you have uploaded one, your logo.
Custom fields, form layout and option lists
You can add your own fields to records such as customers, products and vehicles, and place them on the form by drag and drop. Option lists such as customer source and expense category can be edited to fit your business.
One design across all modules and redesigned record pages
All modules share one look and a fixed sidebar; customer, order and other record pages are organized into sections with icons and colors. The light theme is the default, and screens are laid out for the phone too.
A ready-made quote request form for your website
You can put the link to the ready-made quote request form on your website, or turn it into a QR code to share; incoming requests land in the CRM as records. You choose which products appear on the form.

Whether a feature is available in your account can depend on the scope of your agreement and on which modules are enabled.
